The magazine is good but the app is the worst reader app!

I love the magazine itself, but this app is very unstable. It locks up and crashes a lot. Its very annoying. I dont know if this is related to the locking up issue, but the app seems to become more unstable the more magazines I accumulate within it. I really wish this app wasnt so buggy and unstable because I really live Advanced Photoshop magazine. Too bad the app is crap!!!

My special edition purchases arent showing anymore. This needs to be fixed as I have already paid for these.

My annual subscription lapsed a month ago. With the new app I lost access to purchased special editions and a years worth of issue purchases. Customer service has never responded to my requests to restoring paid for issues and special editions

I too have lost all the special editions & 6-7 issues previously purchased.... :(

All of my special editions and collections do not restore with the new app. Until its fixed I cant trust this publication with my money.

I really enjoy this mag but not being able to download my previous issues is a real drag ...I really am not happy that we have to wait for an update just to get our previous purchases. I really dont understand that

The magazine is great, but since the digital version is just a straight transfer of the print edition it is murder on the eyes. There are lots of text insets that you have to zoom in to see, and even then the type frequently renders blurry making you feel like you forgot to put in your contacts.

Great magazine, but the application just deletes your local copies which is incredibly frustrating especially when you want to read offline later
